POTENTIAL MEMBERS

Q. Can I try out bowling before I decide to join?

A. Yes, please contact us and arrange to come along and meet members and see the Club;

Q. Are there any age restrictions for joining?

A. No. The club is a welcoming and inclusive environment for all ages and abilities, however under 16's must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Q. Do I need to know anything about Bowls or have any practical experience?

A. No. Everyone has to start somewhere and we have many experienced members who will be happy to give you practical advice and coaching. You can enjoy three free sessions at the Club before deciding whether to join;

Q. Do I need special clothing or equipment?

A. No,  but flat soled shoes or trainers and casual clothing are advisable whilst practising. The Club can loan 'Woods' for bowling until you are able to purchase your own set;

Q. What does it cost to join?

A. Our membership fee of £100 per year, can be paid in instalments and may be reduced if you join after the start of the season.

Joining gives you unlimited access to our facilities and the opportunity to participate in a variety of league and non-league games, as well as informal practice sessions and frequent social activities throughout the year. Our Clubhouse has a licensed bar and kitchen which provides refreshments for members.
